ENTRÉE SALADS

GREEK STEAK SALAD                                                                                                                            

Mixed greens tossed with extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic, lemon, and feta cheese. Topped

with grilled flank steak, Greek olives, garbanzo beans, fresh tomato, red onion and cucumber tzatziki.

Served with warm pita bread.

 

ITALIAN RIVIERA SALAD                                                                                                                             

Spinach, mixed gourmet greens, caramelized onions, julienne cucumber and polenta croutons

tossed with a tomato basil tahini vinaigrette and topped with grilled chicken breast bites with

basil cilantro pesto, pecans and warm gorgonzola.

 

SANTA FE TACO SALAD                                                                                                                       

Shredded romaine and Napa cabbage tossed with roasted red and green chili vinaigrette topped with

fresh tomato, cheddar cheese, black olives, green onions and seasoned ground Black Angus taco meat. Served with fried tortilla triangles, green chili-cheddar bean dip and cilantro lime sour cream.

 

AHI TOKYO BOWL                                                                                                                                        

Black sesame crusted seared Ahi tuna, greens and basil with sesame-soy vinaigrette, warm soba

noodles, julienne vegetables, won ton crispies, fuki maki, wasabi, tobiko and wasabi aioli.

 

SESAME-GINGER CHICKEN SALAD                                                                                                           

A coconut-curry crusted chicken breast fanned over gourmet greens tossed with sesame-ginger vinaigrette, cilantro, julienne vegetables, tomatoes and soba noodles.  Garnished with pickled ginger, peanuts and won ton strips.

 

BISTRO CAESAR      CAESAR $13  BLACKENED CHICKEN $15   GRILLED MAHI $16

Our own special Caesar dressing tossed with fresh baby greens, romaine lettuce and garlic croutons.   Garnished with red onion rings, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and parmesan cheese. 

May add anchovys.

Two fried white corn tortillas layered with seasoned refried beans, lime garlic grilled Mahi Mahi,

salsa fresca, black olives, shredded greens, Spanish queso, cheddar cheese and Santa Fe chili sauces.                                                                                                                                                         

 

BEER BATTERED FISH & CHIPS                                                                                   

Tender, white and flaky battered basa.  Served with Brew City Fries, lemon, Bistro cocktail sauce and

TyroneÕs tartar.

MONTANA BURGER                                                                                                                                       

Tender, lean and juicy grilled Angus burger served with your choice of cheddar, gorgonzola or

Swiss cheese.  Includes all the fixings and beer battered or sweet poato fries.  May substitute

portabella mushroom.

 

RANCHO DELUXE BLACK ANGUS BURGER                                                                                     

Tender, lean and juicy Angus burger grilled and topped with smokehouse bacon, sautéed mushrooms,

caramelized onion, and Swiss cheese.  Served with a side of BBQ sauce.  Includes all the fixings and

beer battered or sweet potato fries.  May substitute portabella mushroom.

 

CALIFORNIA BURGER                                                                                                                           

Tender, lean, and juicy Angus burger grilled and topped with basil pesto, steamed spinach, fresh

green onions, and gorgonzola.  Includes all the fixings and beer battered or sweet potato fries.

May substitute portabella mushroom.

 

FLANK STEAK PITA                                                                                                                                      

Mediterranean marinated grilled flank steak presented on pita bread layered with olive tapenade, cucumber tzatziki, garbanzo beans, feta, greens, fresh tomato and tahini dressing.  Served with

house salad. 

 

WARM FISH SOFT TACO                                                                                                                      

Jumbo cheddar tortilla filled with grilled lime garlic Mahi Mahi, chili bean dip, cheddar, tomato,

salsa fresca, shredded greens, Sante Fe chili sauces and cilantro lime sour cream.

 

CHICKEN ITALIANO SANDWICH*                                                                                                   

Grilled French roll layered with pesto, hard salami, grilled lemon chicken, roasted red pepper,

melted mozzarella, tomato and leaf lettuce.

 

NEW DELHI WRAP *                                                                                                                                

Coconut-curry crusted chicken, Japanese soba noodles, julienne vegetables, tomato, cucumber,

cilantro, peanuts and won ton strips.  All wrapped in a jumbo tortilla with curried mayo and sweet

chili garlic sauce.

Seven-grain bread with layers of razor thin corned beef, top secret sauerkraut, tomato and
